TURN TIME orders are processed and shipped within 12 studio days [m-f] from date of order. during the holiday season {october through december} please allow 2 to 3 extra studio days for orders to ship. SHIPPING orders ship 10-12 business days from the date of order via FedEx ground from brooklyn, ny. upgraded shipping is available however this does not change the production time. we currently only ship within the forty-eight (48) continental united states. we do not ship to post office boxes. we do not ship internationally ground shipping $10 typically transit time is three {3} to five ({5} days east of the rockies and five {5} to seven {7} days west of the rockies two-day shipping $30 transit time is two {2} days from ship date overnight shipping $45 transit time is one {1} day from ship date HOLIDAY please check back for our 2013 holiday cutoff details RETURNS all personalized/monogrammed items are FINAL SALE. in the event that your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within twenty-four [24] hours so that we may replace the damaged merchandise.
